Exhibiting Terms

Subletting or sharing space is not permitted. SAF reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor bases on exhibit content or inappropriate display. Payment must be completed prior to the event. The deadline to sign up as a sponsor or exhibitor is January 17, 2024.
