National Election Pre-Election Email

September 3, 2020

SAF elections will take place in October 2020, with terms beginning January 1, 2021. Voting members of the Society will be receiving a pre-election email message on September 10 from Intelliscan, SAF’s independent online election vendor.

What's the point of this email?
The purpose of the email is to announce the election and check the accuracy of members’ email addresses to ensure that all voting members receive their ballots.
To ensure the pre-election email shows up in your inbox, make sure to whitelist this email address: [email protected]

What is whitelisting?
Whitelisting an email involves telling your email provider that you want emails from the sender to be allowed into your inbox rather than being filtered into spam. If you have questions on how to whitelist an email, check with your email provider or IT department. A
ll voting members will receive an email on October 1 with instructions and a unique link for voting.

What if you do not have an email address?
Those without a functional email address will be mailed a paper ballot.

We encourage you to take part in electing the newest leaders in SAF.
