  • Position: Natural Resource Technician 2 (2) – Wildlife Bureau
    The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has two (2) job vacancies for a Natural Resources Technician 2 position within the Private Lands Forestry section of the Wildlife Bureau, located in Fairfield, IA and Onawa, IA. The NRT2 positions will make contacts with private landowners through personal contacts, referrals and informational meetings. From these contacts they will conduct on site visits to develop forest stewardship plans to improve forest health, wildlife habitat, water quality and soil erosion. They are responsible for explanation of Federal, State and local programs that are available for financial assistance.
