Make a Pledge to Give Over Time
Make a sustaining pledge to SAF and join the 1900 Founders' Circle. The 1900 Founders' Circle is a community of donors who care deeply about the practice and profession of forestry and natural resources management. Founders' Circle members pledge to give a total of $1,900 over the course of four years, providing a reliable source of support for SAF programming. Give from a Donor-Advised Fund
Do you contribute to a donor-advised fund (DAF)? Amplify your giving by recommending SAF as a recipient of a grant from your DAF. Visit the

Give from your IRA
If you are 70 1/2 years old or older, you can make a charitable gift to SAF directly from your IRA. Any donation up to $100,000 per year can be made to a qualifying nonprofit like SAF without having to pay income taxes on your gift. This giving option can also satisfy your required minimum distribution (RMD). Visit the

Employer Matched Gifts
You have the chance to double or even triple your donation with employer matched gifts! Many employers match the charitable gifts their employees make. Ask your employer's human resources or personnel office to determine your employer's matching gift policy.
